Having a package shipped?

After your purchase order is confirmed and your package has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with a UPS, USPS or FedEx tracking number to keep you updated on your delivery. Please be sure to leave us a note (provided on checkout page) with any specific details that might help us with your address. If you have any questions or issues with your order, contact us at!

We also offer location-based purchase pick-up every Tuesday and Saturday for our local customers in the Santa Fe area. When you arrive at check-out just select "Pick-Up at Location (Tuesday & Saturday from 2:30pm-3:30pm)" to avoid shipping costs, you will then receive an email or phone call with pick-up instructions.

We are dedicated to making this process as quick and care-free as possible. Keep in mind that creating a Feathered Friends of Santa Fe account will help expedite the checkout process for future orders! We do not offer free shipping.
