Having a package shipped?

After your purchase order is confirmed and your package has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with a UPS, USPS or FedEx tracking number to keep you updated on your delivery. Please be sure to leave us a note (provided on checkout page) with any specific details that might help us with your address. If you have any questions or issues with your order, contact us at support@ffofsf.com!

We also offer location-based purchase pick-up every Tuesday and Saturday for our local customers in the Santa Fe area. When you arrive at check-out just select "Pick-Up at Location (Tuesday & Saturday from 2:30pm-3:30pm)" to avoid shipping costs, you will then receive an email or phone call with pick-up instructions.

We are dedicated to making this process as quick and care-free as possible. Keep in mind that creating a Feathered Friends of Santa Fe account will help expedite the checkout process for future orders! We do not offer free shipping.
